I have to say that Donovan is the consummate professional. Not only is his work product top notch, he's personable, friendly, easy to work with, and just a top quality kind of guy in general. I'm absolutely staggered to have been been referred to him by one of my neighbors for his services. The work itself was relatively simple - my big Samsung on the wall ended up dying and while going through the motions to get it warrantied with them they insisted it be dismounted from the wall before they touched it. It was originally installed by a handyman with somewhat dubious methods, so, not wanting to repeat that I opted to call in a professional to take care of the dismount and remount.. Enter My Tech Friend to the picture. This guy knows his stuff. He's professional, properly equipped with all the tooling, and he brightens the room with his attitude and smile. Job done for the dismount and remount, and I'm a happy client who will be retaining his services for all the other tech stuff in the house that breaks or needs installation going forward. You rock!
